A Meeting of the Hermanas
During May, each Zone attended the temple, then had lunch at the Mission Home and a testimony meeting. We went two times with different zones. Our President made sure these young people could witness some sealings, after the sealer had explained this ordinance to them in detail. Some of the missionaries actually got to participate. Many had never seen a sealing take place before. Such a simple ceremony and ordinance, but so powerful.
It brought back memories to us of our wedding day, and being sealed for eternity. What a blessing that has been for our marriage. And four times, we went to the temple to have another of our children sealed to us - and they became our children as if they were born to us. These ordinance have been a pillar in our testimonies of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Plan of Salvation.
