THE PRESERVES AND THE LAKE

I never get tired viewing Lake Michigan and the many changes of scenery it takes.

Of Course, I always enjoy having

Sister Christensen beside me !

So grateful we are serving together

in Chicago.  It's been a great blessing.

The above is the Forest Preserve in Glenview, IL

CITY OR COUNTRY ????

ELDER CHRISTENSEN loves the city!!! 

SISTER CHRISTENSEN likes the city !!!!

But when Sister Christensen wants some country peace and quiet -

and to walk in the outdoors -

we head for The Grove.

This is a National Historic Site (Park) with beautiful lawns, wild

landscaping, streams and ponds, and beautiful old fashioned buildings.

AND - this place is less than a mile from our apartment.

These won't be the last posted pictures from the Grove. 

We go there often.
