We had a great Christmas in the mission field.
On the 24th, we went to the
office and got a little work done.
We had a transfer meeting with the APs -
then turned the meeting into a breakfast party
with White Elephant Gifts.
Elder Petersen and Sister C.
Sister Christensen was surprised with a gift of silly string,
and an ensuing silly string war.
Elder Uribe
Is that a clear sucker in the shape of a horse? Yes!
Elder C.
We could have used this in Grand Gulch a few years ago.
Sister Williams
A mug ?? Yes !
Sister Last
Bathroom Golf!!!!!!!!!
We created great memories.

In the afternoon, the Christensens went to see as movie -
"It's a Wonderful Life."
The theater was filled.
No matter how many times you watch that movie -
it touches you to the core.
******************************************
Next we fulfilled a long time wish of Sister Christensen -
we went to a church service of another denomination.
We attended St. John's Lutheran Church.
The candle ceremony was lovely.
******************************************
Some last minute shopping for tomorrow's breakfast
was next on the list.
******************************************
Looking at lights couldn't be left out.
******************************************
Time to eat!
Portillo's ? Closed!
Culver's? Closed!
A drive-in? Closed!
Home for leftovers. Great !!!!!!
Had Pantone (fruit bread) for dessert.
We also enjoyed picture texts from our families.
They each received Giordano's Pizza from Chicago
for Christmas Eve Dinner.
******************************************
We opened our few gifts and talked about
our great day before we went to bed.
